What is Today’s Home Renovations?

home-remodeling

Home improvement, remodeling, renovations, building. These terms can often be confusing or even anxiety producing. If you’re seeking to make repairs to your home, especially significant repairs, it’s most helpful to have the input of someone you trust and someone who can provide some “consulting value” to help you understand your options.

In my 10+ years of renovation consulting and 20+ years of home renovation and building, it has become very clear to me that being a consultant is a valuable tool set for me as a contractor, as well as for homeowners looking to better understand their options in managing a project and a budget. This is what Today’s Home Renovations has always been about, as for over two decades I have traveled around Maryland helping people with a wide range of projects.

The services I have provided include inspections to help determine what needs to be repaired, as well as helping to define how to get desired repairs done. I often find it fascinating that, while so much is the same from project to project, individuals are still individuals and they need help to understand the best way to get what they want from their budget with the house and resources available to them.

Having spent time getting to know dozens of families in our community, I find it so fulfilling to help meet someone else’s goals and to find good ways to present options that save time and money, all while delivering an end result that people feel good about and are satisfied with. My company also often takes on smaller or very specific projects, like a roof, siding, windows, or a deck, as well as basements, bathrooms, and kitchens. We have also built many additions in the community, including my own home, with great results and always with satisfied families.

My hope is that you will give us the opportunity to collaborate with you to get what you need for your family, finding you ways to save time and money along the way. We build for durability and are here for the long term. For more information and a free consultation, contact us today!
